Welcome to the Garden Apartment in Ottery St Mary.

Ottery St Mary is a picturesque town with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants situated close to the A30 between Honiton (7 miles) and Exeter (10 miles). Sidmouth and the Jurassic Coast is 6 miles away. The Apartment sleeps 2 non-smokers and is self-contained with its own entrance and central heating. Steps lead down to the Apartment entrance and a private patio garden. Parking is provided on the private driveway or road as preferred Linen, Towels and a Breakfast Pack are included in the nightly rate of £55 - £60 with a minimum booking of 2 nights.. Returning guests, NARPO members and The Baton bookings pay a discount rate of £50 per night |
| The beds can be made up into singles or a 6ft double as requested. The Lounge area has a settee, footstools, TV/DVD with freesat, and DVD player. There is a selection of DVDs and books for your enjoyment. The Kitchen area contains a full-size fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The Breakfast Pack comprises of: Tea, Coffee, Milk, Juice, Bread, Butter, Cornflakes, Cheese, Yoghurts, Preserves and Baked Beans. |

The apartment has a private bathroom which contains an efficient shower, wash basin, toilet, extractor fan and shaver socket. Towels, Toilet roll, handwash and shampoo are provided. |
